HighLevel has implemented multi-language support for its Email Builder, both for campaigns and templates.

This means users can now access the platform in their preferred language, significantly improving usability and offering a superior experience for users who communicate in languages other than English.

The internationalisation support covers an extensive list of languages, including the following

  • Spanish
  • German
  • French (Canada)
  • French (France)
  • Portuguese (Portugal)
  • Portuguese (Brazil)
  • Italian
  • Dutch
  • Swedish
  • Danish
  • Finnish
  • Norwegian

This feature addresses the challenge faced by non-native English speakers who previously struggled to comprehend the text.

Setting Up Language Preference

HighLevel provides two ways to set up language preference.

Users can select their preferred language through their profile settings or the business profile settings.

To select a preferred language for a user, navigate to Settings -> My Profile -> Platform Language.

To select a preferred language for a business, go to Settings -> Business Profile -> Platform Language.

Note that the language selected under My Profile will take precedence over the language selected under the Business Profile.
